Butler County Family and Children First Council Shared Plan for SFYs 2020-2022 identified a shared priority to become a resilient, trauma informed community. This goal will focus on building capacity for trauma informed care (TIC) through increased training and improved understanding of trauma, social emotional learning, and resiliency in cross-sector systems.
