The Boundary Blueprint: Ethics, Communication, and Professional Practice
Effective communication is at the heart of quality helping relationships—but knowing what to say, how to say it, and where to draw the line can be challenging. This interactive workshop equips professionals working in or alongside the mental health and addiction recovery field with practical skills for communicating with confidence, maintaining appropriate professional boundaries, and navigating difficult situations.

The training will provide practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations with clients, coworkers, and other professionals. Participants will learn approaches that promote clear communication, ethical practice, and healthy professional relationships. The content is designed to benefit both newer and experienced professionals seeking to strengthen their communication, boundary-setting, and interpersonal skills.

Learning Objectives:
1. Participants will learn how to set limits on themselves and others to prevent boundary violations.
2. Participants will be able to identify common boundary violations.
3. Participants will review the Code of Ethics and understand its application to their work.
4. Participants will gain skills in handling difficult conversations
