Nurturing the Helper: A SoulCollage® Journey for Self-Care

Date: Thursday, September 24, 2026
Time: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: BCESC 400 N. Erie Blvd. Hamilton, OH 45011

Helping others is meaningful and exhausting. Nurturing the Helper offers a quiet, creative, and fun pause to step away from the demands of caring for others and reconnect with what sustains you.

Through the simple, intuitive process of SoulCollage®, participants will explore images that speak to care, compassion, strength, and inner support. Each participant will create a personal SoulCollage® card that can serve as an ongoing reminder of what helps them feel grounded, renewed, and cared for. SoulCollage®, developed by Seena Frost, is an image-based practice using pictures, scissors, and glue to create personal cards that give voice to different aspects of our inner lives. No artistic skill is needed – only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen. Please bring a journal if you wish. All SoulCollage® materials are provided. Facilitator: Christy Wesselman listening-heart.com

No CEUs are provided for this self-care event.
