- Deep listening
- Problem-solving
- Providing compassionate service
Free training for front line professionals. Staff that are encouraged to attend include:
– Front desk receptionists
– School secretaries
– Intake/call center staff
Coffee and pastries will be provided. Priority given to FCFC council members & Butler County agencies.
